Which email client providers can I connect with?

Uptics integrates with almost every single email client provider. Gmail and Microsoft 365 are the most popular, but you can connect with others such as Zoho, Yahoo, AOL, and many others. Additionally, you may connect with SMTP/IMAP.

How many emails can I send per day?

You may send up to 450 emails per day per email inbox. That said, to maximize your email deliverability it is not recommended you actually send this many emails, especially if you're doing cold outreach. For cold outreach, we recommend sending a maximum of 50 emails per day per email inbox.

Does Uptics have a centralized email inbox to manage our email activity?

Absolutely! You can manage all of your email activity from all emails accounts using the Uptics inbox.

How stable and secure are the email connections?

Very! Unlike most outreach software, Uptics invests heavily to connect your email inboxes using what is called "OAuth 2.0", which is the highest level of security authorization with your email client. The benefits you get from this is a more stable connection with your email client provider requiring less reauthorization and a higher capture rate for Email Replies (which you definitely do not want to miss!).
